Books are non-refundable. If a book arrives damaged, we will send a replacement copy upon receiving photographic proof of shipping damage and return of the damaged book. We will reimburse return shipping fees at the media rate with proof of payment. Email us at info@scoopmomandpop.com to request a replacement book within three days of receipt of the damaged book.

Returns for accidental purchases will be handled on a case-by-case basis. Email us at info@scoopmomandpop.com within seven days of purchase to be considered for an exception to our return policy. If your accidental order has already been shipped, then you are responsible for returning the accidentally-purchased product at your expense before a refund will be issued. Approved refunds for unshipped or undamaged returned product will be issued to the original form of payment within 3-5 business days or in accordance with the terms and conditions of your payment provider.
